We’re open!

In the midst of COVID-19 uncertainty, Northrise Dental is committed to protecting you from exposure while providing quality service.

We’re extremely excited to make this announcement, because we’ve missed having the opportunity to serve our valued patients! As you and your family continue to determine how to stay safe in the midst of this global crisis, we want to assure you of our dedication to cleanliness, safety, and quality service. This virus has caused anxiety and unrest in so many ways, so we want to do our part to ease your mind while meeting your medical needs.

Long before COVID-19, our office has always maintained the highest-quality hygienic practices, and this current crisis has only enhanced our commitment to cleanliness. We are currently and continuously adhering to all guidelines provided by organizations like the American Dental Association (ADA) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to keep up-to-date with the latest safety recommendations.

Here are the changes we are implementing in addition to our routine sterilization techniques to keep our patients and team safe from the spread of COVID-19:

  • Before you enter our building, we will be asking each patient basic screening questions in order to identify possible symptoms of COVID-19.
  • We will be providing hand sanitizer in several locations throughout our office, and we will require each patient to use it at least once as they enter the building.
  • To reduce virus exposure through shareable materials, we will no longer be offering items like magazines and children’s toys in our waiting room.
  • We will be spreading out appointment times and therefore reducing the number of appointments to stay in-line with CDC guidelines for social distancing. This could mean you have less appointment options to choose from..

Northrise Dental is incredibly grateful for this opportunity to resume services and meet the needs of you and your family, and we want to assure you that we’re doing everything possible to serve our community without compromising safety.

If you have any additional questions regarding our re-opening procedures, please feel free to contact our office at any time.
